Bsc Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (Hons)


  • Specialization: Sports Rehabilitation and Performance Enhancement
  • Experience: 5+ years of working with professional athletes and sports clubs 
  • Specialised in clinical assessments of injuries, doesn’t need to be sport related and then a diagnosis of the injury to the patient. Personalised rehabilitation plans which will involve exercise prescription as the main priority to overcome and recover but also soft tissue treatments inclusive of cupping, sport massages, joint mobilisations and stretching. Taping will also be a modality to help assist with injuries to either help with swelling, stability or to specifically help with the structure, for example a patella tendon taping will help take the load off the knee joint which will reduce pain if they are experiencing patella tendinopathy. Everything in the rehabilitation and assessment will be evidence based with a clinical reason behind my methods.
